LISBON, Portugal, May 14, 2025 — The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) issued the first U-space service provider (USSP) certificate for the provisions of U-space services, a milestone on the path to enabling harmonised, scalable services for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) – or drones – across Europe.
