Aurigny recruits flight crew based at Guernsey and Alderney, flying on our ATR and Dornier fleets to a variety of destinations. Full training is given and over time recruits can have the opportunity to advance in terms of promotion or move between fleets.

ATR Captains:

✅ Valid UK CAA ATPL with ATR72-600 type rating
✅ Multi-Crew Operations: Minimum 500 hours on a type greater than 10t MTOW and greater than 19 seats.
✅ Minimum PIC Time: 500 hours on a type greater than 10t MTOW and greater than 19 seats.
✅ Valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical
✅ Minimum of 2000 total flight hours
✅ Strong leadership skills and a collaborative spirit ✨
✅ A passion for safety and operational excellence 🚨
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 🧠
